By accessing SabaqSquad, creating an account, booking a demo class, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

SabaqSquad provides an online tuition platform connecting students with verified educators for Matric, FSc, O Level, A Level, and related curricula. Services include live Google Meet classes, study materials, dashboards, payment verification, and automatic attendance tracking.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Demo logins are for evaluation only and must not be used to misrepresent identity.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse tutors, or submit fraudulent payment proofs.

• Live class links, passwords, and schedules are for enrolled students only—do not share publicly.
• Protected notes and assignments are for personal study; redistribution or commercial resale is prohibited.
• Harassment, recording without consent, or disruptive behavior in Google Meet sessions may result in removal.
• Tutors set academic expectations; SabaqSquad facilitates matching but does not guarantee specific exam scores.

Subscription fees are shown on our Pricing page. Payments via EasyPaisa, Raast ID, or bank transfer require valid proof upload. Access may remain paused until admin verification is complete. Our 3-day satisfaction guarantee for new enrollments is described on the Pricing and FAQ pages; refund requests must be submitted promptly with supporting details to hello@sabaqsquad.com.

Platform design, branding, proprietary note viewers, and tutor-authored materials remain the property of SabaqSquad or respective tutors. You receive a limited license to access materials for your enrolled subjects during an active subscription.

Google Meet, mobile wallets, email, and messaging tools are operated by third parties. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. SabaqSquad is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our control.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for reliable scheduling and support but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Study outcomes depend on student effort; past results or testimonials do not guarantee future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SabaqSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a verified claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or safety concerns. Sections that should survive termination (payments owed, intellectual property, limitations) will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised with our support team at hello@sabaqsquad.com so we can attempt a good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
